Haat
About the Event
EMA India proudly participated in HAAT, held from 7th to 10th November 2023, bringing together artisans, craft enthusiasts, and conscious consumers on a common platform dedicated to handmade excellence and Fair Trade.
The exhibition featured a diverse range of handcrafted products, including textiles, leather goods, candles, home décor, pottery, wooden crafts, and lifestyle accessories. Each product represented the remarkable skills, creativity, and dedication of artisans who preserve traditional craftsmanship while embracing sustainable production practices.
Throughout the four-day event, visitors had the opportunity to explore authentic handcrafted collections, interact with the EMA India team, and learn about the positive impact of Fair Trade on artisan livelihoods and community development. The exhibition encouraged responsible purchasing by demonstrating how every handmade product contributes to economic empowerment and cultural preservation.
HAAT 2023 served as a valuable platform for promoting ethical commerce, strengthening market opportunities for artisans, and increasing awareness of the importance of supporting handmade products.
